The law firm Lannon & Associates (Los Angeles) retained our consultants, on behalf of the defendants, with regard to case no. 01-CV-07542 in the USDC for the Central District of California, to calculate damages arising from the alleged infringement of the "hyper" trademark.
We calculated a reasonable royalty for the use of the trademark, provided economic damage analyses, and submitted a Rule 26 expert report.
