The law firm of Smith Chapman Campbell, PLC (Los Angeles) retained Hampton IP & Economic Consultants, on behalf of the plaintiff, with regard to case no. 03-CV-09327 in the USDC for the Central District of California, to provide an opinion on copyright damages arising from the defendant’s alleged infringement of the Julius the Monkey trademark.
Hampton IP & Economic Consultants submitted a Rule 26 expert report, and gave deposition testimony.
The case settled.
