The law firm Nixon & Vanderhye, PC, (Washington D.C.) retained Hampton IP & Economic Consultants on behalf of the plaintiff, with regard to case no. 97-CV-00035 in the USDC for the Western District of Washington, to provide an opinion of damages arising from the alleged infringement of U.S. patents 4,093,606 and 4,165,370. The patented technology covered methods of commercially separating gamma globulin.
We provided lost profit and reasonable royalty damage analyses, and submitted a Rule 26 expert report.
