Romney Lumber Company and the law firm of Parry Anderson & Gardiner retained Hampton IP & Economic Consultants, with regard to case no. 00-CV-00695 in the USDC for the District of Utah, to provide an accounting of damages arising from changes to city zoning restrictions.
The city passed zoning laws that allowed Romney to develop only a portion of the building lots it had anticipated developing.
