McDermott Retains Hampton IP

McDermott Will & Emery LLP, counsel to Ambry Genetics Corporation (“Ambry”) and Gene By Gene, Ltd. (“Gene By Gene”) retained Hampton IP in the University of Utah Research Foundation et al. v. Ambry Genetics Corp. case to testify on patent infringement damages and irreparable harm associated with patent trial and a preliminary injunction hearing.
