Scott provides expert testimony and economic damage studies to companies dealing with intellectual property, commercial litigation, and construction litigation. Scott has been engaged as an expert witness in more than 300 intellectual property cases in 43 states across the country.

Ms. Bailey is a director and forensic consultant at Hampton IP & Economic Consulting. Ms. Bailey has provided consultation and analysis on more than 50 commercial litigation cases since joining Hampton IP in 2015.

Ms. Bailey has written and edited numerous Rule 26 Reports, calculated lost profit, performed an accounting of ill-gotten gain, and established a reasonable royalty on IP matters involving patent, copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement; breach of contract; unfair competition; tortious interference; and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Tyler Hampton has experience in intellectual property commercialization, licensing, and fundraising. He has calculated economic damages from breach of contract, unjust enrichment, misappropriation of trade secrets, patent infringement, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement claims. Tyler works closely with litigators and paralegals to interpret detailed accounting records, establish the extent of economic losses, and identify documents to request in discovery.
