Oracle v. Rimini Street

Mr. Hampton testified at trial in the U.S. District Court District of Nevada on behalf of Remini Street, Inc. Hampton IP was retained by Shook Hardy & Bacon’s Kanas City office. The case caption is Oracle v. Rimini Street, Inc. Oracle sued Rimini Street for copyright infringement, computer fraud and abuse, breach of contract, and unfair competition, among other actions. Mr. Hampton testified as to Oracle’s lost profit, the value of Remini Street’s use of the copyrighted works, and deductible costs.
