Scott Hampton Testifies at Prism v. Sprint Patent Trial

Prism Technologies, LLC sued Sprint Spectrum L.P. (Sprint PCS) for infringing patented systems and methods to authenticate a device to determine those devices authorized to access protected resources in the Federal District Court of Nebraska, Prism Technologies, LLC, Plaintiff v. Sprint Spectrum L.P. D/B/A Sprint PCS. At trial, Scott Hampton testified on Sprint's behalf as to the amount of reasonable royalty damages. James Malackowski testified for the Plaintiff.
