Scott Hampton Testifies in New York Trial

Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts, counsel for Universal Instruments Corporation, retained Scott Hampton to testify on copyright damages in the Universal Instruments Corporation v. Micro System Engineering, Inc., et al. copyright infringement trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Hampton testified as to the magnitude of Universal’s lost profits and the Defendants’ unjust enrichment.
